All goods offered on Ringhart Fabrics website are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, we will email you with acknowledgment stating the expected delivery date. Please feel free to call during office hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm GMT on +44 (0)20 8335 4700 or email us at sales@ringhart.com for any further information. No contract will commence between you and Ringhart Fabrics for the sale to you of any product unless and until Ringhart Fabrics accepts your order. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Ringhart Fabrics irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Ringhart Fabrics takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. Errors and omissions excepted. Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be slight colour variations between the image displayed and the actual item depending on the settings of your monitor, we cannot be held responsible for any variations in fabrics or products.  Ringhart Fabrics reserves the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. At our sole discretion, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason to anyone at any time.

All items supplied remain the property of Ringhart Fabrics until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Prices and Charges

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT at the current rate and exclude delivery and any other charges where appropriate. Ringhart Fabrics will take all reasonable care to ensure that all information is correct at all times, however Ringhart Fabrics reserves the right to inform you that an error has occurred and to cancel any order.

Any customs or import duties levied once the order has been shipped will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

All returns must be agreed in advance. We regret that the delivery costs incurred in returning any items to Ringhart Fabrics will not be refunded, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.

Please check the item carefully on receipt and inform us within 3 days of any damage or faults with the item. We regret that we will not be able to offer an exchange or credit note for damaged items unless you inform us within this timescale.

Kindly note that we cannot accept return of any item that has been used or is not in its original packaging.

If you do need to return an item, please remember to include a note explaining why you are returning the item and also a copy of the invoice/receipt from the original packing.

Please be aware, that any authorised returns may incur additional taxes and duties upon sending the good/s back to us (depending on your countries regulations). The customer is solely responsible for paying any of these charges incurred, as well as the responsibility of safely shipping the item/s to our return address. 

Also, please use a traceable method when returning your item, as we cannot accept liability if something is lost in transit and fails to reach us.

Any refunds will be given via your original payment method. Refunds usually show within 72 hours of processing, although some card providers can take a little longer.

Changes & Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel your contract between time of placing your order up until the item is delivered. Anything cancelled after delivery will be treated as a return.

Import Regulations & Duty

If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Promotions

Promotions are only valid for the time periods as stated within the promotional message. Any orders placed outside of the specified time frame, will not qualify for any applicable discount. Voucher codes cannot be combined with any other offers or existing discount. The minimum spend for a promotion excludes any applicable VAT. Times stated within an offer are provided in either GMT or BST format. ‘Free gifts’ are usually dispatched with orders and are only available while stocks last. Ringhart Fabrics reserves the right to change or withdraw offers at any time.

We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that details relating to you, your order & payment are kept secure in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. We shall not be held liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you. Where you supply data relating to other individuals you will be deemed to have obtained their agreement to this information being released to us.
